How do you target adsense performance?

Can anyone tell me how to target how each page or website is doing with Google Adsense?

Not quite sure what you mean, but AdSense provides two options to create result channels:
1. URL channels, which automatically show the results of pages starting with for example www.yourdomain.tdl/foo/bar
2. custom channels, used by adding a channel code to the AdSense JavaScript code.

Channels can be created in your AdSense account pages. Channel reports can be read in your AdSense account pages.
