Online Applications and File Transfers

Hi,

Ive never done programming or worked with databases; only simple html. Is there a software program that I can use to create a web-based application that my visitors can fill out and submit. My budget is low, so please post as many as you can think of.

The idea is that the customer would fill out an application, then the data would get transferred to my business partners, as well as being posted to my database.

Any advice is appreciated.

The first thing I would do is to see what your hosting company might provide.

If they do not provide anything, see what language (ASP, .NET, PHP) and databases (MSSQL, mySQL, MS Access) is supported.

My webhost provides php and mysql.
