Should I use a database?

I host tutorials for various graphic applications on my website, I used to have a simple static page with a list of all the tutorials, but now we have a great number of tutorials in various topics. I was wondering of how I can organise the links in that page, should I use MySQL database and what CMS should I use?

I need a page which has a tutorial title, discription, image, and something that can let me search through my DB and rate those links.

Any ideas?

I would use a CMS, I used to have like you had with static pages years back and it was always a hassle and took time to update and change things. It's also easy to grow using a CMS, you don't have to worry about linking and all that.

There are a number of Content Management Systems out there, we use Mambo (now called something else don't remember their new name). There are also PHPNuke and a few others.
