How do i check and see when was the last time spiders have come and crawled my site?

Usually your stats will show that or check your raw logs

Most webhosts provide a page where you can check your site stats, ask them if they provide it and how to access it.

All servers automatically record requests for pages. That data is stored in log files. You may or may not have access to your raw log files (your webhost can tell you), but even if you do, raw log files are cumbersome to sort through, which is why you want to find the site stats.

If you want to know when the last time Google crawled was, you can search for your site address in Google, and then look at the date for Google's cache.
