Would anyone like to recommend a company that makes professional website templates, or is there anyone on here that is experienced with this?

i'ved used the ones from cool home pages .com which I've had to tweak extensively before I was happy with them.

I have some experience with HTML, yet it is not good enough for me to be able to tweak a site like those featured, in order for me to be completely satisfied.

Is it worth it to really pay for those template sites and learn how to change it, or pay someone to do design one? How much cost savings would I be looking at?

in my case, it would have been a lot of money to hire someone to tweak it for me. You couldn't tell that my site started life as a template.

I know a great deal of HTML, but sometimes get lost in coming up with a new design/layout. So templates give me a head start in that direction.

I wouldn't use one out of the box, but that's just my needs.
