In the process of building a new site and wanted to have a newsletter for it. I was wondering if anyone could offer some advice for a good program to use, or what things I should be looking for? One thing I do know is I want something that subscribers must opt in to and have opportunity to opt out.

Hi brijay, I will stop short of naming a product because everyone has their own ideas on what makes the perfect mailig list script. I would however recomend you take a look on hotscripts.com or other script resource site.
The opt in/out option is a must, it keeps your list legit, and inspires confidence in your users knowing they have the ability to opt out at any time.
