Carriers including the Post Office, FedEx and UPS all offer rate charts on their sites, and you can also calculate the rate for any specific package based on weight, ship to zip code and dimensions.

Well, The only thing I see on UPS is individual rates in other words I put in the weight and the place and it gives me a price. I wanted to set my perimeters on my shopping cart. I am not sure how that's done. Thanks
