how to block IP on shared windows host IIS

I am new to this forum and although I'm sure this question must have been asked before, I can't seem to find the answer when searching.

My web site is hosted on a shared Windows server running IIS 6. I only have ftp access. I would like to block a few IPs from visiting my site, as they are constantly trying all sorts of tricks. I realize htaccess is not possible with Windows IIS, but is there anyway, given my restricted access, I can block these IPs?
