How to add and code for a Graphic Link Exchange?

Would like to make it easy for others to put a graphic link to me.

I have added several graphic links to my site and found it easy as a newbe to do so...Usually the other site is able to offer me a Quick Copy/paste of the code I need to place a graphic and link right on my page!

I have been trying and trying to figure out HOW to set something this easy up for people who might want to have my graphic with a link. I don't want them to have to go to the trouble of uploading my image and then learning how to make it work and link back to me..

I want them to be able to Copy/paste and have it work.

If anyone can help me or point me in the direction of a good resource to do this I would be so thankful.
