Hello,
I have a web site where I need to edit html and add my own keywords, titles and tags. I did not want the web development company to do it for many reasons. It's a dynamic database site with PHP.Is there a product I can purchase that will allow me to edit the html on pages that have a database? I tried a popular product by Macromedia but it did not work for me.

Thank You.

You failed to specify where the text you need to edit is...in your database or your PHP files?

If it is in your PHP files generally if the page is a huge solid chunk in notepad, open in wordlpage, hit save, bring back to notepad.

If your code is in the database itself I hope your server has phpMyAdmin. Contact your server about that.

An advanced text editor I've been warming up to is called Textpad. If you like Microsoft keystrokes (ctrl-f for find for example) go to Configuration --> Preferences --> Editor --> Keystroke compatibility --> Microsoft Applications.

It opens 100+megabyte access files in a snap compared to notepad and wordpad and it's worth the money I think.

I second Textpad. It's the BEST $27 I ever spent on software. It's the most used piece of software on my system, followed by the browser.
