Hello, I have been running a very niche personals site now for just over a month. I have about 170 non-paying members at this point. However, none of them have signed up for the monthly service. I'd like to know from anyone who runs a personals site how many members they had in their first month, how many members they had when people started paying, and what any of you do to get free members to convert to paying members. Any responses would be greatly appreciated.
