File upload pointers

I am new in web site desiging. I am using DMx. I amde a page with fielfiled which let you to browse the files on your local directory. Do any one know after browsing a file how could you upload or save that file in another directory called "Document". this directory is also on your local machine. Helpppppppp pleaseeeee

with dreamweaver you can have it code some php to do this. Do you have php available through your host? or any other scripting language for that matter?
