For a large corporate intranet portal site that has about 30% of its "site real estate" devoted to content that needs to stay fresh and 70% devoted to intranet functionalities like management uploaded content...and given that we provide blog, chat, IM, gaming and message board functionalities for each employee through their own "my portal" page...
....how can we best predict the amount of website support or maintenance staff that we will need for the site as we scale up to thousands of employee and hundreds of management personal portal pages?
