Opening pages within frames

Hello all.

I am fairly new to web development and need assistance with a problem I am having. Forgive me if I have problems explaining my problem, but expressing myself in word is not my strongest suit.

I am using FrontPage 2003 to create a website. I have a page with 3 different frames (one up top, one on bottom left and one on the bottom right). I would like to know how I could open a page in the frame in the bottom right frame if I click on a link in the bottom left frame.

Please disregard the question. I just figured out how to do what it is I want to do :).
