Redirecting a table to a Post nuke Block

I am trying to forward a table that refresh's itself to a block to be displayed on the front page of our intranet.

the problem is that most of the code is in PHP and the blocks dont like PHP and we are looking for a way that we can redirect the page to a block.

Any help will be greatfully appriciated
