Building a small business

Hello, I am slowly building my self a small, independant biz as a web designer. I now have three sites under my belt that I have learn't from, using both Dream and Flash MX. My skills are slowly building. My question is a little bit of advice on how much I should now start charging for my sites. This is my thought, as i am learning from my work I still want to give decent rates. I am thinking something like 100 pounds first page and 50 there after for a simple HTML with 2 images. For bulding flash an hourly rate of 25 pounds. Am I on the right track. So hard to know what to charge people desently but not jip yourself at the same time. Any opinions?

Why limit the number of imagaes on a page?
