The main things you left out are:
1) TESTING TESTING TESTING
2) TESTING TESTING TESTING
3) How are you planning to market your store?
By investing your time and energy and money into doing this, you are starting a business. If you want it just to be a hobby and bring in a few dollars a month, great, but don't expect much more.
If you intend on this little project supporting you, you will to do lots more work, do it constantly, forget about sleeping for the next few months, and learn, learn, learn.
Dreamweaver is a great tool to make a website. But that's all it is. It won't create a business for you. That's up to you.
What do you know about marketing? Salesmanship? Customer Service and support? So much to learn and do.
have fun with it - it's a great adventure.
