Microsoft ISA (Proxy) issue with caching ASP

I have a re direct function that sends the user to an excel file.

On a network using a normal NAT and router, it seems to work fine. When using ISA (proxy) it seems to try and download two of the one file and when the file is downloaded it consists of nothin plus the wrong file name (a unique guid).

a. right filename OEERES{GUID}.csv
b. getting {guid}.csv

Anyone have an ideas?
