How do i find my page rank and how does this reflect on my se listings also is there an easy way of checking which se are listing my site.

You can find it out by installing the Google toolbar for IE. Although it isn't entirely reliable for determining PageRank these days.

If you install the Google toolbar be sure to enable advanced features, this is required to display Page Rank.

In case it isn't clear - Page Rank is a Google-specific concept. Means nothing whatsoever to other search engines.

Will it help your rank in Google - yes, it is a factor in the algorithm.

How do you find what other search engines are listing your site? by searching them. Take a look at your referrer logs and see who you are receiving traffic from first, then go search them. This is where a meta engine like Dogpile can come in handy.
