I'm from the UK and am thinking of going freelance, mainly specialising in web design, graphic design (posters, leaflets, logos).

Are there any resources i can use to help me write my terms & conditions and a contract to hand over to my clients?

I dont know where to start :)

Thanks

Welcome to Webmasterworld!

Since we can't post legal advice here, I would recommend you contact a lawyer, and have him write one up for you. This will avoid possible loop holes your clients could "climb out" of.

Do a search at google for what you require

There are sites out there which have these to download or copy for free, this will get you started without having to part with any money, but only use as a means to get yourself up and running until you can afford to pay someone a large amount of money for changing a few words for what you have got for free

solicitors will nail your hat on for things like this which they have already got nearly pre done anyway
(I have had my hat nailed on several times in the past for similar contracts)
