What sort of problems are you running into? Does the download fail, or does the bar refuse to install?

I was running netscape as my browser with google as my search engine. I went to install the toolbar now my browser switched to internet explorer and I cannot acess my e-mails,nor can I get my homepage or my browser back to its original settings.
Thanks

If you click on the google logo and then from the pull down menu help you can uninstall the toolbar if you so wish

At least it should put you browser and setting back to what they where before you installed the toolbar

Thank you and I did as you said and it said toolbar uninstalled, however when I click on my netscape tab it shows the upload toolbar page again so basicly it did not work.
What is worse is when I click on my e-mail tab it shows the same thing the toolbar upload.
I am worried I might loose my e-mails
My goal is just to save all of my e-mails reason is, I downloaded firefox, way better so I will stop using netscape. I just want to be able to access my e-mail.
Thanks again

An option is to save all your existing email to another folder, you will have to drill down to the folder/directory to see where they are saved now and then try to import them from the new folder

I know you can import your bookmarks from other browsers but I am not sure about emails? (never tried)

The google toolbar available for firefox seems much better than the version for IE.

Thanks I found my e-mails and saved them to disk.
Now I am trying to get it so my e-mail account goes to firefox.
