Hi there, first day on the forum, great place, wish i would have found it months ago. Anyways...I am looking for some type of form wizard. I need to create a contact and feedback form. I found a PHP script the other day but didnt quite work for me. I am a newbie or i shall say...an advanced newbie. lol

On one of the forms I need to create, i need about 10 questions to be asked, which is why i am asking for some type of form wizard. I was using SBI but I am not going to renew my domain with them and thats what i was used to in building forms.

And I am using Andy Williams Website Builder software to build the site.

Appeciate any help.

Thanks in advance

Welcome to WebmasterWorld Chris!

Time to jump in and leave the 'wizards' wherever they are. Forms are a piece of cake to build - really. It'll be better for you in the long run to learn how to code them by hand and it really doesn't take that much to learn how. Start with the W3C HTML 4.01 guidelines for forms [w3.org]. You should be able to get pretty much all you need to know about forms there.

Wasn't Andy Williams a singer out of the 70s?

Chris,

I'll hop in on this one. I run a site that has a wizard that will build the form for you and do all the server side processing. I'm not into blantant promotion but, if you'd like the URL...just sticky me. The entire thing is wizard based and there are tons of options and extras that would be a little more difficult for you to program.

Thanks,

Hi Nick, not sure what sticky means, but yes, I am interested in your form wizard. Please let me know if I should email you or if you will be posting your link in the reply.

Thanks,
