Visible spacer or border around cell in MX 2004?

how do I insert a visible image or space around a cell or table?

Hi,

I'm new at Dreamweaver MX2004. I've gotten the hang of it pretty well, but I'm having trouble figuring one thing out...

How do I create a "border" outline around a cell or layout table? Does it have to do with adding a spacer image? I tried adding a spacer image that was gray, but it would only outline the bottom of the layout tables. An example of exactly what i'm trying to do is the gray lines at www.tradewallstreet.com

Try giving your table a background color and set cellspacing to 1px. Then give each cell a background color of white.
