se Faq?

Sometimes I have a little bit of a hard time to get the full extension of what's being said on the SE forums, first because english is not my original lang., second because there is some terms used that are really specific to the subject like Sandbox, PR, etc.

For example, I actually know that PR = Page Rank but what is it's measurement? If your page is on the second results page, say Google, it means that has PR2?

What I really want to know is: Where can I find a good FAQ with this kind of SEish and other basic stuff about SEs?
