Adding Video to Website?

I would like to add video to my website. I am using MS Front Page 2002. I also have Dreamweaver MX but I am not all that familiar with it. I would like to have the 1st frame of the video image appear on the site as a small image but not play automatically as the site loads as FP 2002 likes to have it. The person who visits the site should have to click on it and then it will download and run or right click and save option.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Actually I don't quite know is there is a way to get the first frame in the video to be viewed directly from the file.

But you can always go around it and take a screenshot of the first frame in the movie, insert the thing as an image and then just link the movie to the picture.
Good Luck!

I think the screen shot idea will work fine. It will be just like loading any other image file so wont slow down your page to much. Just be sure not to make it to large.
