Here's my situation. I'm a freelance Graphic Designer who is probably an expert in HTML and intermediate in Javascript. I specialize in designing small static websites, but I really want to shift to bigger, DYNAMIC and thus, more expensive website designs.

Here is my question to start desiging and DEVELOPING these sites myself - What course of study should I follow and why? ASP? PHP? JSP? SQL? DATABASE CREATION? Please help - and thanks

Welcome to WebmasterWorld Mannix,

Hey, why don't you start with an easy question, like which religion is the best! Just kidding.

This one comes up a fair bit in one form or another, but the consensus seems to be that there's no consensus on some issues.

ASP versus PHP
This Google SEarch [google.com] will give you some good links that you can start with.

Whether you choose ASP, PHP or JSP, you'll want to learn SQL. Each flavor has it's differences, but there's a lot more overlap there betweent different systems, so it's easier to switch later.
