Hi I have been following this forum for a while and have learnt a huge amount.

I have now created nice a title and linked all my pages to each other. I have about 150 pages, all newly created and uploaded.

I have just added my url to google, what is the next step? I know a lot of waiting is involved, but what are the best methods to check for movement from googles end?

Also my domain, provided by ISP-A, is forwarded to ISP-B, where my server is, does this create a problem with the google bot? I have added both the domain and IP, is this OK?

So this is going to be a bit of an adventure...:)

The redirect from one ISP to another should not be a problem.

Submitting to Google however is most likely not what will bring Googlebot to your sites. Far better would be to get good links pointing to your site. A ODP listing would be just perfect.

Link hunting would be a very good way of spending your time with while you are waiting for Google to index you.

You should watch your logfile closely - it's going to tell if and when Googlebot shows up. If you see it, look how many pages it crawls.
Then you might start monitoring Google for a listing....
