how can i make a jpg from a quick time quick movie?
so i can use it the jpg to link to the mov?

How about pause the movie where you want the jpg image from, take a PrtScn screen shot, paste it into your favorite image editor, crop to the movie portion of the screenshot and save as a jpg.
Sounds like a lot of steps, but it actually would only take a minute, if that.

In windows movie maker you have an option to capture an image (when movie is paused)and save it into your documents as a .jpg . You only have to select the source to open your movie and edit it in the palette. Hope to asked you some' useful
