Hi,

I have a website and also have some listing on amazon, the amazon listings pull the images from my site. Could I add a reffer string to my jpgs so that they will show up in my tracking software?

If so can someone point me in the right direction on how to write the referral string? I am hosted on windows servers and using hitlinks to track traffic.

Amazon does not provide any information on the level of traffic, just sales. The sales occur on their site so I have no data currently other than end of day sales.

Thanks for the help

I'm not sure what you mean by referral string, but couldn't you use images that have unique names (copied and renamed if you use the same images on your actual site), and then those specific files should show up on your traffic logs as having a certain amount of hits.

Thanks for the suggestion, I was just looking for a work around. Did not want to hand locate and copy that many pictures.

It turns out they don't pull it from my site when viewed, just once then they resize and post on their site so I guess I am stuck, Any one know how to see how much traffic their items get on amazon?
