Search Engine World Tools Question

Im kida new at SEO so please be kind. Also, if this is in the wrong forum, I apologize.....

Keyword Density Analyzer and the Search Engine Spider Simulator Results seem to be wrong for my site, or maybe my site is wrong? Im not sure.

Neither read the Meta Keywords or Meta Description for my site.

I run Vbulletin software. I have both keywords and a description set in the software, and if I 'view source' I can see the Meta Keywords or Meta Description for my site as well. Whats wrong?
