pop up window without changing the main page

Hi,
I have a pop up map I am using on my web-site.
The upper image rollover link "area maps" I have no problem with.

The bottom of page text link "three locations to serve you" I had to use an absolute path in the link
to make sure that page remains in the background once the pop up window is open.

However on the shopping cart pages I can't use the absolute path because I don't know exactly what page the customer is on.

Isn't there a way to get the main page to stay put when the pop-up window link is clicked?

This page works both the upper "currency exchange" link and bottom page text link "three locations to serve you"

This page only works at the upper page"currency exchange" link . The bottom of page "three locations to serve you" text link I have left out.

If anyone has the answer please let me know.
