I there, i have recently posted to find out about forms, in the past i have never needed them.

I am starting to develop a website that customers can input personal details into for an application process which will be confidential information.

Whats the best (and cheapest) way for me to have the form being secure and away from 3rd parties?

If you are dealing with confidential information then you should have a secure server - you will therefore need to speak to your host.

Yeah, Dayo_UK is right. You can either put the content on your own SSL server (if your host has enabled it), which is usually on [yourdomain.com,...] or you can get a digital certificate.

If you choose to get a Digital Cetificate, you could check out these: VeriSign, eTrust, Thawte and DigiCert (or try a search for SSL certifacte at Google).

Either way, you will be able to obtain trust from your web users and secure information projected on your website.
