Is there a thread somewhere?

I remember seeing a thread a number of weeks ago mapping the process of Webdesign. It went something like

IDEAS

DESIGN

DEVELOP

TESTING

MARKETING

LAUNCH

EVALUATE

I am in the first instance of a new site and think setting down a plan would be a good Idea.

Anybody have a process that might help me organise myself. I am well renowned for being a bit 'bish, bash, bosh' so really need a framework of sorts to keep the momentum going:)

Hello Limbo,

Before starting your endevor, try doing a few site searches through the previous threads here at WebmasterWorld. I have found this to be a huge help.

I think the thread you were referring to was by JamesR and you can find it here [webmasterworld.com].

Also, this [webmasterworld.com] is a fantastic thread with links to many helpful information and tips for organizing yourself.
