Cancel image download,prevent it from being seen.

Image d-load stop(from script),and "showage" of a image prolonged.

Hi,

1).If there is a image on my site, is there anyway to make it so the image can't be seen, until the whole image is downloaded,so parts won't be seen.

2).Is there a script to stop the download of a image, ie: The page veiwer can see a link(this link is where the image would go)click here to cancel image download.If they choose this,the image wont download anymore but the rest of the page will continue to download like normail.( clicking stop isnt much use, as the site uses 2 frames ).
