does somebody know if there are services which offer custom scripting? (Php)

It depends exactly what you mean by custom scripting.
Do you mean free downloads of already written scripts, sites that write the code for you or sites offering services of people that write custom scripts for you?
Im an ASP man myself, and i know there are a couple of sites out there that will write a custom 'Recordset' page for you. All you have to do is fill in some fields.
If you could tell us exactly what it is you are looking for, we might be able to help more.
