Well i need little advice or help. I am currently hosting web space i would like a .com url but is there any free one or can you only get like .to endings? My second question is how can i host my own POP3 Mail service with out paying for a program?

For .com domains, go to GoDaddy.com, Gandi.com, Tucows.com, Netsol.com or any other domain registrar. They will charge you somewhere between $7 and $35 per year.

If you mean "free=available" then yes, there are millions of available domains.

If you mean "free=no cost" then no, there are no free domains that you can get be it .com or otherwise.
