Also, I can't see these files in Windows Media Player...I just hear the audio. I can see and here it in Real One though. I believe FP wants them viewable in Wind. Media Player. This may be the problem. Any suggestions?

If .mov files are opening in your Real player, then the Real player must have been given permission to act as the default player for that type of file. Also, .mov files are generally indicative of QuickTime files. Windows Media Player needs some codecs to play them properly if I'm not mistaken.

I can't imagine that Microsoft wouldn't have the same kind of production tool available at their Windows player web site with tutorials and instructions about how to do it.
.mov files are better suited to broadband. the average file is from 400K - 2mgs, whereas a Real or Windows streaming file is between 50K - 200K. more suitable for modem connections.
