Why not combine Web Hosting and Autoresponders

Dear Forum Contributor,

Currently I could be described as a web-less newbie. But I am learning and now quickly getting it all together.

There seem to be lots of Web Hosting services and also lots of Autoresponders service providers on the Internet - but apparently only one which offers a combined service.

Why?

It would suit me best to have it all in one place. Is there a good reason(s) why not?

Can anybody help please?

Many web hosts offer auto-responders as one of their features/options. A little searching on your favorite search engine should yield some choices for you to consider.
