Where can I find info and learn about PageRank

I am in need of the webmaster basics for dummies 101 ...
Need to know where to go for info on things like: How can you find out about Page Rank, how can you read page title info etc on competitors websites etc.

Let's start you off with the Google Knowledge Base [webmasterworld.com]. It's a compilation of just about everything and anything you'd want to know about Google, including PageRank.

Settle in for a long winter's night, you have a lot of reading to get through.

Then I'd suggest taking a swing around all of the forum's here at WW and see what people are talking about and where any particular questions you have would best be asked to get expert advice.

You'll find a wealth of info and a lot of great help.
