My Edge screen seems to be a little off sometimes. 2-3 vertical lines on the left do not show, making it hard to read, especially the address book. It used to do it not too often and would disappear. Now it can last for a couple of days like that.
I've tried all 3 types of resets but...not changes. Handspring's support is not helping either, they want me to pay $20 even though my unit is under warranty.
Are they asking for the $20 to perform any repair at all? When my first one died, I had to pay $20 for Handspring's express replacement service -- they sent a replacement unit before I sent mine in to the service dept. -- but if I'd been willing to send mine in first and wait for repair/replacement, it would have been free...
