help needed for mobile site

Hi,
I want to create a image hosting site where users can upload pictures right from there mobile phones. can any one suggest any suitable script?
also i plan to have a site provid, wall papers , games shared by mobile users. how do i do that?
Looking ofr some expert advice.

I would create some sort of script where they don't upload from their mobile, but email the image to the site for upload!
