How to send photos via MMS

Hey

To a time, I saw a site that allows is sent MMS's Photos so that they are registered in its image gallery. In the site told that for that was enough send a message via MMS for an email with the subject "user:pass" and the message, that would be the photo comment. It would like to know if someone could help to do that. I am doing a photos cadaster system of party and would like that it was possible to send photos of the cellular for the system.

Would anybody know how do so that are it possible that?
