ActiveSync isn't doing what I want!

Can you sync multiple email folders?

I need some input here. I've been banging my head against the wall trying to figure out if ActiveSync can be configured to sync multiple Outlook inboxes. For example, my outlook is set up like this:

Exchange Mailbox (default account)
Inbox
Contacts
Calendar
Personal Folders
..POP Email
...Saved Folders
..POP Email
...Saved Folders
..POP Email
...Saved Folders
...POP Email
...Saved Folders
..POP Email
...Saved Folders

...and so on. Is there a way that I can sync ALL of these folders to my PDA using ActiveSync 3.8? (the newest version) The only things I can get it to sync are under the default Exchange account.

Also, can I get multiple contact groups to sync w/ the PDA too? I have my contacts organized in several categories.
