1)Can Visual FoxPro be downloaded to the PDA?
2)Are there any other programs like MATLAB that can be installed into the PDA, which has a graphing nature

I do not think Visual Foxpro will work on a Pocket PC. However, there is a PDA version of SQL Server. Don't know about graphing software.
