ipaq 4355 email setup

Brand new to the pda world and i'm trying to setup my email accounts so that it will sync with my pc. It looks like the default account on the pda is called activesync. This seems to sync fine with my pc inbox, but does not allow email settings to prgrammed into it.

If I set up a new account on the pda, I can send and receive mail but it wont sync with my pc. Ideas?
