I am unable to syncronize with my compaq 3850, after the download of activesync 3.7.1 or could have been a microsoft upgrade. I continue to get the message " i have no profile". Doe's anyone have any Ideas....

only thing i can think of is if you uninstall activesync AND your usb cradle (from device manager). Leave your cradle un-plugged and install active sync THEN connect your cradle to your PC and install that.

I was having a similar problem with my iPaq. I have wireless capability, so I sync'd wirelessly and that solved the problem. It must have just been a glitch. If you have wireless, you might give that a try.
