Converting allheadlinenews.com to wap / wireless / pda compatibility

I am very seriously considering developing a version of allheadlinenews.com to be delivered in a method compatible with mobile devices / phones ete.

What would be the best way to offer the content? Would it be best to just offer a Wap page or feed or should I consider a standalone site?

I guess I am just looking for some guidance on where to start... from there I'll decide whether to develop this in-house myself or outsource it.
