I need Terms of Use & Disclaimer for my new site, but I'm too lazy to write my own...

Is there a legal way to copy them?

I just need good disclaimer where I'm not responsible for anything ;)

BTW sorry if question too lame...

Yes, they are copyrighted. The only legal way to copy them is to get permission.

As most people do not consider their TOS to be vital to their success, I suspect that you can get permission within a few attempts.

But one little hint, don't ask for help the way you did here.

"Can I use your's? I'm too lazy to write my own and I don't want to be responsible for anything" isn't a very good pitch.

I'd tell you a very nice way to ask, but I'm too lazy.

For practice, you might want to think about what your response would be of someone where directing your original post to you. Then try reposting your original question in a way that is more likely to get you more help.
