Displaying some Whois Results in content

Hi there,

I was wondering if it is allowed to use some who is results as part of the content. For example, we have a directory about some niche and I would like to display some whois details under each web site's name such as ip location, ip address of the domain name, and city and postal code of the domain registar.

I was wondering if this is allowed and would I be in trouble.. I dont think that link owner's would complain about this since I list their web sites.

I would appreciate any opinions and comments.

just to be more specific, whois results are gonna be like ip location, ip address of the domain, domain created date and city and country of the domain name.
