Looking for relevant PHP/MySQL package

I'm looking for a PHP/MySQL app - preferably Open Source - that will allow me to maintain and display a web-based directory of businesses, only some of which will have web links.

I don't need a fully-fledged CMS; I need more than a simple Link organiser. I probably need to allow site visitors to submit their own entries (but this is NOT a core requirement).

Can anyone recommend such a package, please?

A couple of suggestions, Mark:

1) Check the Link Development forum - there have been discussions of link managers there, some of which use a directory-style format.

2) Sites like hotscripts.com have loads of listings for link managers and directory makers.
